TIER 1
The Tier 1 Consulting Option offers a tour(s) of a local IAC building, response to basic
questions, program details and discussion relative to how to start an IAC program.
Tours are typically limited to 1-2 hours and information that can be shared includes:
Admissions Application / Program Options / Activity Calendar
Staff Positions / Sample Breakfast/Dinner Menu / Form 990

In addition, the IAC Group can provide a Consulting Assessment Meeting after Tier 1 to help
further explain and identify if the organization or individual wants to move to Tier 2 or 3 consulting.
This meeting is typically no more than 1 hour.

TIER 2
The Tier 2 Consulting Option refers to everything provided in Tier 1, in addition to specific
meetings and planning sessions to assist with the following:
Business Plan for the purchase of land a/or a building / Consultation in creating needed staff positions,
structure and job descriptions / Creating admissions forms and sharing IAC's existing forms
Sharing a current IAC budget and assistance with the creation of a budget / Sharing of dining
recipes and guidelines used for an IAC's food program / Sharing of specific Policies and Procedures,
personnel policies and building emergency policies / Assistance to create Policies and Procedures
for the organization, personnel policies and building emergency policies
meetings and planning sessions to assist with the following:

KEY STAFF IN-SERVICES:

Staffing flow chart, job descriptions and assistance with adapting needed positions and duties
to fit organizational needs / Support Plan/IPP and assistance with utilizing goals and plans to
better drive needed supports in an individualized manner / Weekend activity planning and services

better drive needed supports in an individualized manner / Weekend activity planning and services

Fundraising planning support (no direct fundraising efforts will be made by the IAC Group
but assistance to develop a plan and focus efforts can be discussed) Volunteer Program.

The Tier 3 consulting option refers to everything offered in Tiers 1 & 2 in addition to an ongoing annual
agreement for direct support and consultation from the management team at Casa de Amma to the
management team at specified organization. Tier 3 consulting offers the ability to have an ongoing and
as needed consulting relationship to address major and minor challenges and questions as they come up.
